Concept - Sentiment Lexicon

Definition (s.45): an external dictionary of opinion words used as features / filter for sentiment classification.

• Examples: Bing Liu’s opinion lexicon and the AFINN lexicon (s.45).
• Use in RapidMiner: restrict the word list to lexicon words, or combine them with the sentiment words learned from the data (s.45).
• Alternative trick: weight words by correlation with the label and keep the top-k (s.45).
